From the first contact, everything was perfectly arranged, and it had been so, until we settled down and still much more . We moved efficiently, in a smooth and very friendly way, that was furthermore perfectly suited and much appreciated by a family with 3 young children.

Gail helped us with all of the things that can prove really complicated and difficult in another culture and another language - medical insurance, a bank account, finding accommodation both temporary and then longer term, and negotiating a car lease, as well as with all of those daily questions that pop up. On top of that, even to this day (more than 3 years down the track), she is willing to help us with any new queries that arise. She is so warm and enthusiastic that she helped us feel welcome in Switzerland as soon as we arrived.
