Gail M. Hess, originally South African, has been at home in Switzerland since 1983.

From her own experience she knows how difficult it is to put down roots in a foreign country without the support of close family and friends.

For this reason she is able to offer newcomers the support and help they need. Fulfilling their requirements is her first priority.
